  1. By what criteria will be decided whether there is a building or home visits for investigation by the Hague Pand Brigade?
  2. Is it involves the coupling of databases and how that relates to the privacy legislation and the protection of personal data?
  3. How does the Hague Building Brigade to work in monitoring and obtaining access to these selected ads?
  4. How often is it that an occupant or owner does not wish to cooperate and the Hague Building Brigade access to the property or the property denies? What are the guidelines for the Hague Building Brigade to deal with this?
  5. Is it true that the Hague Pand Brigade has the power to an authorization to enter a dwelling without consent and presence of the owner to enter the house? And if so, what is the legal basis?
  6. Based on what criteria is decided to provide such authorization and how it is to enter a dwelling without consent and presence of the owner do?
  7. How often is it that such authorization is requested and how often they provide? And how often is then transferred to the actual entering of a dwelling without consent and presence of the owner, and how?

Groenlinks ask questions about this (privacy, is it lawful) in the city parliament. Also how many times has this happened.

answer: We are very careful as to when and where. We scan everything digital. Are there any things that are unexpected

We do not crosscheck against other databases. Two persons go to the house or building. Sometimes also someone of social security.

They show proof of who they are when calling at the house. They ask questions to those who are living there,

When there is no permission to enter they come back later. They return under regulation 100A-2 in cases when…

there are illegal persons living there or there are risks of fire. Also police it there when permission denied by owner.

Mayor must give permission. Case of drugs (hennep): There is risk of fire. Action must be taken. No comment on the case of the…

… letter that has been published. But it is said there are a number of cases that houses have been visited.

Groenlinks mentions that they question the legality of all this. How many times were there forced entries?

Law: Woningwet 100A lid 2. (house law article 100A). Refuses to give a number. 90% give permission to enter. others on 2nd visit.

Sometimes a report is filed by neighbors and then action is taken. Smell, garbage.

Other questions need to be answered by letter says the speaker. Groenlinks will file questions on paper next.

Anmerkung zum Schluss:

Don’t take me on a 100% good translation. It’s late :-)
